CLARCOR announces the formation of Purolator Advanced Filtration Group.

CLARCOR, Inc., a global provider of filtration products and services, has announced the formation of the Purolator Advanced Filtration Group (PAFG).

The Purolator Advanced Filtration Group, which is headquartered in Greensboro, NC, is made up of five divisions of CLARCOR: Filter Products, Inc., Sacramento, CA;  Total Filter Technology, North Chelmsford, MA;  Purolator Facet, Inc., Greensboro, NC;  Facet USA, Tulsa, OK;  and Purolator EFP, Houston, TX and Shelby, NC. 

“Bringing these companies together means that through PAFG we will now be able to offer one of the broadest lines of process filtration products in the country,” said Kevin Nelson, the company’s vice president of sales and marketing.  “This will allow us to provide our customers with one-stop shopping when it comes to process filters.”

Purolator Advanced Filtration Group manufactures products such as melt blown cartridges and precision yarn wound cartridges;  dual filter media with advanced extruded block carbon technology;  high surface area cartridges; high performance mesh and felt bags;  the DEPTH-CLEAR™ series sheets and modules;  POROMET® cleanable stainless steel filter elements;  liquid bag filter housings and swing bolt housings;  cleanable baskets; liquid cartridge housings;  industrial separator cartridges and industrial coalescer cartridges;  FI and FIS series filter cartridges;  extruder and pack screens;  two and three dimensional screens for polymer filtration, and cylinders and conical style screens.
